These numbers (bookings made, confirmed, cancelled, and revenue
collected) are kept even after each booking's customer details
are deleted — they hold no names, phone numbers, or reference
codes, just counts and totals. Once a calendar month ends, a
banner appears above with that month's CSV ready to download —
nothing is auto-emailed or auto-deleted; that only happens once
you confirm you've sent it yourself.
